2009 Builder of the Year
This honor is in recognition of trust, communication, loyalty and ethics, and is the most coveted distinction a member of the Builder's Association can receive. Gary Kraemer earned this award in 2009 and 1999, and was runner-up in 2008 and 1997. Gary is humbled by the fact that he is the only two-time winner of this award in business today.
 

2009 People's Choice and Trillium Award
People who toured the 2009 fall Parade of Homes were asked to rate various aspects of each home based on their "ideal" for the price. John Kraemer & Sons is proud to again earn their People's Choice award in addition to a new Trillium Award for exterior design. We also won the award for Best Brochure.
